 The Weekend Walkthroughs are ideal for the home seeker that is looking to visit properties in both a sales free and hassle free environment. This service is simple, fast and extremely efficient, which makes the process of finding a home convenient and enjoyable. Typically held Saturday mornings.
This Saturday we will be focusing on Bank-Owned and Distressed properties. Many of them in need of some work, typically entry-level homes with great pricing! The Walkthrough dates and times are listed below.

Come Join Us! Here Is What You Can Expect
Each Walkthrough is laid out so we can take a handful of buyers through a list of properties being sold in a tour fashion. This will give you the ability to see a range of homes that vary in price and size.
You do not have to participate in the complete tour and if you do find a home you would like to look at closer, we will be more than willing to take you back later that day or schedule another time for you to take a much closer look at the property.
Since we started offering this solution to buyers, they have clearly expressed how exciting and enjoyable this makes the process of finding a home, so come join us!
If there are a select amount of homes you desire to see in the tour, then you can meet us at the properties during the visiting time period, just be on time so you can get the complete tour of the home!
